I've been here for a year now and the location is awesome. The management is friendly and helpful. It's an elusive building, but when you do run into other tenants here they are friendly. If you have a dog and want to be in a location central to everything this just might be your spot. I recommend it and am glad this was my first place to live in Seattle.
I have lived in Cosmo now for almost 2 years and I love this place. It is close to everything and the apartments have been recently renovated. Manager and Maintenance guy is AWESOME!!!
No doubt about it this is one of the best complexes in U district! Parking is 100% great and safe. When there's a problem with my apartment, the maintenance man is there the next day or the day after that. The manager is awesome and is the nicest landlord I ever had. I highly recommend Cosmopolitan Apartment because it's super close to everything and it's a great place to live.
